Meditation verse for chapters 15&16 of the book of Judges:
We learn in chapter 15 how the Philistines betrayed Samson and gave his wife to his companion
and that triggered Samson to fight them, so he burned their fields, and killed thousands men of
them.
In chapter 16 we learned about Samson who didn’t learn his lesson and made a sinful
relationship with Delilah, and how she betrayed him and delivered him to the hand of his
enemies. At the end Samson revenged and died with the philistines.
In Chapter 16 verse 1: we see that Samson had bad desires in his heart, he forgot his main goal
to deliver his people from the hand of their enemies, and that cost him to lose his dignity and
his life.
We should always review our goals and make sure that our first priority to live with God
eternally in heaven.
Our first goal should be to live with God eternally.
