His father is Abdullah. His mother is Amina. So, his grandfather, Abdul-Muttalib, took care of him after the death of Amina. After his grandfather's death, his uncle Abu Talib took care of him. Yesterday my family went to the zoo to see the elephant and other animal.We recited bismillah before we started to go.

When we got to the zoo, we went to the shop to buy some food to give to the animals. After getting the food we went to the nocturnal house where we saw birds and reptiles which only come out at night. Before lunch we went for a ride on the elephant. It was a thrill to ride it. Dad nearly fell off when he let go of the rope. During lunch we fed some birds in the park. Then we saw the animals being fed.

When we returned home we were tired but happy because we had so much fun. Alhamdulillah.

My Bad Day on Sunday

I had a terrible day yesterday.

First, I woke up an hour late because my alarm clock didn’t go off. Then, I was in such a hurry that I burned my hand when I was making breakfast. After breakfast, I got dressed so quickly that I forgot to wear socks.

Next, I ran out of the house trying to get the 9:30 bus, but of course I missed it. I wanted to take a taxi, but I didn’t have enough money.

Finally, I walked the three miles to my school only to discover that it was Sunday!

Going Camping

Last weekend, my friends and I went camping. We reached the camping ground after we walked for about one and a half hour from the parking lot. We built the camp next to a small river.
