How to Make Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup whole milk, 2/3 cups sugar, 1 bowl of

strawberries.

Directions:

Wash and trim the caps of strawberries. Then, cut berries into

slices that are approximately ¼ inch thick (or just use an egg slicer). Then,puree ½ of the sliced strawberries in a food processor or blender and set aside. Combine cream, milk, and sugar in a saucepan and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
