Why do you have rights?

We need to be respected and be treated with justice because all of us are born equal, no matter our nationality, the color of our skin, our religion or if we are men or women.

For every “right” there is a “duty”.

If you have the RIGHT to receive a good Education, it also means that you have the DUTY to be responsible, to study, to learn and pay attention in classes

You have the right to have a family, be loved and be protected. What is the Duty that is associated with this right?

Communities do not improve when all the members perform their role.

In a community all of us have certain responsibilities which are part of our obligations or duties

When your father or mother is driving a car and there is a traffic light giving red color you have to stop!

When you are walking on the street, it is not necessary to cross through the Zebra Crossing!

The Humans Rights and The Rights for Children were suggested by the United Nations Organization

In the past children were not listened, they were forced to work and they could not express their opinions.

The Children Rights Convention (CRC) was signed about 100 years ago.

The fact that you are respected by others depends on the following factors: your physical appearance, the way you are, your religion, your nationality, your language, the color of your skin and if you are a boy or a girl.
