This may cause a balance due on the booking that would have to be paid by the remaining guests or the guest that replaced the cancelled one.

FCC’s can be shared across bookings. The fifth guest would have no problem using the residual FCC right away.

Remaining balance FCC’s will be generated when an FCC has been redeemed for a partial amount.
The remaining balance FCC will take on the same application method of the original FCC (GSS will apply with FMT and option code; CWC will apply with FMT).
The original FCC will remain unchanged in Siebel and will show the amount that was partially redeemed as the redemption amount.
