HELP. Sometimes, I get very angry. I don’t mean to but when something ticks me off, this angry feeling bubbles up inside me and when I can’t take it anymore, I just burst! It’s got me and the people around me into big trouble. Sometimes, when someone I care about is trying to help me work through these feelings, I get really mad and take out my anger on them. I feel really badly afterwards but I don’t know how to apologize to them. I worry that I will end up being alone. How can I manage my angry outbursts and not hurt the feelings of the people I love?

HELP. I am simply at a loss. I love the most beautiful girl in town, which of course makes her the best. The trouble seems to be that she will not accept my proposals. HELP. I am a mild mannered, organized and efficient person. I always put duty first and would never dare upset my master willingly. He has a wild temper. I am bothered though by my co-workers saying that I am “no fun” or a “stick in the mud” just because I don’t want to cause trouble and won’t bend the rules. How can I continue to do my job well, and also get my friends to understand me?

HELP. Hello. I am not the brightest bulb in the box, but something is bothering me. I have a best friend, who is strong and manly, and everything I would like to be. I support him in everything he does but he never seems to return the favor. He asks me to do things I don’t want to do; he takes credit for my work; and ignores me whenever it is convenient. How do I tell him enough is enough? What should I expect from a friend? This doesn't feel right.

HELP. I am an older man. I have been working on the same project for years, determined to get it right. It’s been so long that I am starting to wonder if maybe I should give up. People think I am crazy for being cooped up in my workshop. I am making progress and I love what I do, but I am frustrated with not getting it right, fast enough. What do you think? HELP. I am just a little boy, and I don’t feel like myself. Everyone around me says that, because I am small, I don’t get to know everything right away, but I’m getting impatient. I want to know the things they know. My question is: should I follow the rules and wait to be told secrets when I’m older; or should I go find the answers for myself and hope I don’t find trouble?
