The BSP as an NSO strongly recognizes and adopts the importance of proactive attitude and undertake systematic process of recruitment of both Adult Leaders and Leaders of Adults.

Scouting is exclusive for boys only.

Adult leaders can rightfully attend to trainings for their development in scouting so as long as they will meet the standards set by the organization.

The BSP is responsible for designing and operating a progressive system for the training and personal development of Adults in Scouting in all functions.

The training system needs to be designed based on the assessment of needs and should be appropriate for all adults taking into consideration their respective differences, background and diversity.

One of the roles of adult leaders are they have to make sure that development in the scouts are also evident.

Professionals are the only individuals allowed to join the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.

Volunteers are strongly encouraged to join the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.

The purpose of trainings is to make sure that there is a proper development within an adult leader and can be used for their own personal purposes.
