The following are the qualifications of the Board Chairperson and members:

degree holder of either BS or BFA in Interior Design, not connected with any review center giving review in preparation for the licensure examination, never been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude or civil/ criminal offense, may be a foreigner but has foreign reciprocity
degree holder of either BS or BFA in Interior Design, not connected with any review center giving review in preparation for the licensure examination
not connected with any review center giving review in preparation for the licensure examination, never been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude or civil/ criminal offense, registered Interior Designer and practicing for not less than 15 years prior to appointmen
Qualifications of an applicant for the interior design licensure examination shall be as follows, except:
Citizen of the Philippines or a foreign citizen whose country/state has a policy reciprocity with the Philippines in the practice of interior design,
Must be a member in good standing of the duly accredited professional organization of interior designers but not an incumbent trustee or officer thereof
