Do not accept mutilated or foreign coin currency.

All cashiers are not mandated to submit a summary of their cashiering transactions at the end of their shift, using the prescribed report format.

Post-dated checks shall be accepted unless allowed by the general manager.

All payments shall be covered by the receipt or voucher and will be accounted for in   the cashier’s report and guest folio.

Encashment of checks should never be allowed

Discounts for senior citizen will be honoured upon presentation of their senior citizens.

Refunding cash from a transaction made by check is not available.

Fin billing arrangements, for Guests with no prior credit arrangement but who are repeat guests or have booking history, the hotel may just require partial deposit but send reminder letter when their account reaches a certain amount like P 5,000.

Billing and collection of payments must be governed by credit policies prescribed by the hotel
