There are three levels of authority; God's authority, Truth and Conscience.

Every level of authority is ordained by God.

The government has direct authority from God, that means we must NEVER disobey the government.

The Pastor is supreme authority in a Church meaning that Church Elders can not correct him if he is doing something wrong.

If a Pastor makes a biblically wrong decision and is not stopped it is a failure of the elders as well.
