8. “Inutak” is a native delicacy of the people of Taguig and Pateros. The dish is a reflection of the early customs of the local inhabitants of Taguig and Pateros. Teacher Arnel together with his students in Araling Panlipunan will conduct a research on this. He instructed his students to interview some prominent native residents of the area and ask questions about the relationship of culture and the dish.
