I was in Link Crew last year :)
I was captain of the soccer team my sophomore year. I took on a lot of responsibility leading my girls.
I am a very active member of ASB and constantly put together events.
I'm the oldest sibling, so I am always having to set a good example for my brother.

What does it mean to be a leader?
Setting a good example for your fellow peers to follow. In this case, it's the freshmen. Becoming a good role model is important as they need someone to guide them.
Taking responsibility of a situation. When people are a little lost, you want to be the person to guide everyone else in the right direction.

Inspiring motivation and generating confidence in your peers. Giving them the tools/support they need to succeed rather than doing everything for them.
