This officer shall be the custodian of the official seal and records and properties of the Association. He or She shall be responsible in filing and compiling all permits, letters, reports and other related documents concerning the Association’s events and activities.

This officer shall be responsible for recording and posting the Minutes of the Meeting a day after the said meeting take place and shall take pictures and record documents in all meetings.

This officer shall assist the Secretary in filing and compiling all permits, reports, and other related documents. He or She shall prepare the agenda in consultation with the President for all meetings of the Association and of the Board of Directors.

This officer shall have custody and keep true, proper, and accurate accounts of all funds, properties, assets, and liabilities of the Association. He or She shall deposit the funds of the Association in such banks or virtual wallets / virtual wallet apps as may be designated by the Board of Directors in the name of the Association.
