Now, Kobe Design University are accepting applications for the exchange program (incoming) for the year of 2017. It has a both 6-month program and 1-year program. We strongly recommend students to take part in the 1-year program for their study. The academic starts from April 2017.

Last year our school moved from the 24th to 5th place according to the official assessment by the state government. This clearly not the “failure” that the article suggests.
