This person is responsible for operating the sound system during the run of the show. They do mic checks before every performance, run sound checks, and repair/replace any sound equipment that might be broken.

The people in this position are responsible for making sure everything is set on the stage during scene changes. They also assist in the building and striking of a set.

 This position is responsible for creating and writing a show that tells a cohesive story through theater. They also do any and all background research involved in that creative process.

The Creative Team are the ones responsible for the show once it hits its run of performances.

This person is the right hand of the Stage Manager. Any jobs the Stage Manager cannot do is usually handed over to this person. They record script changes, assist in tech rehearsals, and help run the shows.

This position is responsible for the making and upkeep of props during a show, including repairing and replacing props when necessary. 

This person is the one who takes ultimate responsibility for the security of the building, which means they make sure security protocols are followed at all times. They also deal with customer complaints.

The person in this position is in charge of developing, reviewing, and carrying out the theater's business plan, as well as managing the budget and leading the finance and administrative staff members.

 This position greets people as they come through the doors, escort people to their seats, and ensure that audience members are not on their phones during the show.

This position is in charge of looking after costumes between scenes, cleaning and ironing costumes after every show, mending costumes, and helping actors with quick changes between scenes.

The Customer Service Team is responsible for making sure the theater building itself runs smoothly.

This person works closely with both the Director and the Costume Designer to create the overall looks for the characters. They take the script and analyze it scene by scene looking for specific makeup and hair requirements or changes that might be necessary.

This person is responsible for creating and setting up the rehearsal schedule, arranging costume and makeup fittings, and during the run of the show call the cues for the lighting and sound operators. 

This position is the bridge between the cast and the crew of a show. They work with the different areas to bring the show together to get it ready for the run. They typically get final say on designs.

This position is responsible for creating a lighting plot, hanging and setting lights while being aware of the health and safety risks that come along with electrical supplies.

The Production Team are the ones who create the design of a show.

This person is responsible for setting and signing contracts with other companies, ensuring legal compliance that includes copyright law, insurance liability, payroll, and taxes, and holds regular meetings with the directors, creative teams, and artists. 

This person is responsible for operating the lighting system during the run of the show. They check the lighting equipment to make sure nothing is faulty, replace any lights that might need to be replaced, and take their cues from the stage manager during the performance.

This position is the one who takes the script and makes note of any costume specifications. They do research if the show takes place in a historical setting, put together a design concept, and then create the costumes for the show.
