This system includes the rocks and minerals that make up the Earth's landforms. Anything made from solid earth ispart of this sphere.

This sphere contains all of the living things on Earth. It is made up of many different habitats, including forest, rainforests, grasslands and deserts.

This system of the Earth contains all of the water on Earth. This means every drop of the oceans, rivers, lakes and streams. Even the water in the air is part of this sphere.

These are a part of the geosphere. They are pieces of land that connect together on Earth's outer shell. Their movement is what cause many of the landforms and features we see on Earth's surface.

With out these interacting to produce environments, we would not have the Earth we see today. They overlap and are interconnected, so they can affect one another.

Earth has 6 systems or spheres that work together.

The atmosphere is mostly made up of oxygen and nitrogen gases.
