A train an experienced member of the ocean reef community association public safety team will lead the student through a written and simulated driving testThe simulated driving test will consist of the officer, taking the candidate on a simulated test, providing guidance and proper techniques.

What’ has passed the written test and been taken on the road by a qualified officer. They will receive a golf cart driving permit. This permit has restrictions as to required supervision hours and type of golf cart which may be operating.

Once the canadiate has completed the twelve month required period with a permit they may then submit to a driving test conducted by a trained public safety officer once the canadiate has successfully passed the driving test they will be given a license
