Welcome to English in 2026! I hope you had a pleasant, productive and positive holiday! Personally, I managed to tick off items off my 'to do' list and spend meaningful time with my family; we travelled, visited family and I found time to read a couple of books. In the coming weeks, I hope I can learn more about you and your aspirations for the year ahead - especailly if you have not been my student in the past.
My job this year is to support you in English and, to that end, I would like you to think about this: what three things do you think I should know about your learning process, personal history and goals for the year ahead?
