As a member of the Library's leadership team, the Assisant Library Director works with

the Director of Zondervan Library to set goals, develop policies, and manage the Library.

This role provides direct oversight of the Library's access services team which includes

circulation, resource sharing, and student success personnel.

The ZL Student Success Librarian engages with students through classroom research sessions and

individual research consultations to provide information literacy and library resource orientation.

The Resource Sharing Coordinator oversees the Library's interlibrary loan services through ILLIad (ILL) and PALShare and manages a small team of Resource Sharing Student Assistants. The ZL Acquisitions Coordinator and Administrative Assistant supports the Library in

numerous ways, some of which include 1) ordering library materials, 2) entering items

into WMS, 3) repairing damaged items or bad WMS records, and 4) withdrawing items.

The Assistant Archivist is dedicated to facilitating access to and discovery of materials in the University Archives and Special Collections. He/She responsible is for the daily operations of the Archives and Special Collections including facilitating visitors and managing the Ringenberg Reading Room. The Assistant Archivist prepares and delivers relevant Archives-based presentations and is the coordinator of the archival collections management system, ArchivesSpace.

The ZL Systems & Digital Initiatives Librarian manages the library's Institutional Repository (IR), manages the library's Integrated Library System (ILS), and provides technical support for library systems.

The ZL Circulation Coordinator manages circulation services, assists patrons, and maintains the collection. Together with the Assistant Library Director, the Circulation Coordiantor also hires, trains, manages, and supports the ZL access services student personnel.
