THE ARCHITECTS CODE OF ETHICS IS A SET OF GUIDING

PRINCIPLES THAT SHAPE THE PROFESSIONAL

BEHAVIOR OF ARCHITECTS. BY RECITING IT,

ARCHITECTS REAFFIRM THEIR DEDICATION TO

UPHOLDING THESE VALUES IN THEIR DAILY PRACTICE.

The engineer or architect who drew up the plans and specifications for a building is liable for damages if

a similar style as the original work covered by the copyright.

-Under Philippine law, copyright infringement occurs when there is a violation of any

of the exclusive economic or moral rights granted to the copyright owner.
