An Egyptian man was fighting a man of his tribe (Banu Israel). When Musa AS went to break up the fight, he lightly pushed the Egyptian man away. Musa AS was very strong though, and killed the Egyptian man by accident. He asked Allah SWT for forgiveness, and Allah forgave him. However, the government found out and someone informed him that Pharoah was looking for him, and feaing Pharoah's persecution, Musa AS escaped.

"When the two groups (Pharoah's army and Banu Israel) came face to face, the companions of Musa AS cried out, 'We are overtaken for sure.'"
"Musa AS reassured them, 'Absolutely not! My Lord is certainly with me - He will guide me."
(26:61-62)
