James is working on his presentation in Google Slides for their Science report. He keeps adding pictures, text, and animations. In other programs, he usually clicks “Save” every few minutes to make sure his work is not lost. But while using Google Slides, he notices there’s no “Save” button yet all his changes are still there whenever he opens it again.

In Google Slides, you should save your slides by clicking “Save”   regularly to avoid losing your work.

Maria and her group are assigned to report about “The Importance of Using Google Slides in Presentations.” She is in charge of making the presentation slides. After finishing her part, she needs to share the slides with her groupmate, John, so he can add his content and practice his part of the report.

Using pictures and colors in your slides makes your presentation 

                       more visually appealing.
