According to General Order 4.2.60, Diplomatic and Legislative Immunity, Troopers shall recognize Arizona state legislators’ immunity from arrest in all cases except for treason, felonies and breach of the peace, and are not subject to any civil process for ___ days prior to and during each legislative session in accordance with the Arizona Constitution, Article 4, Part 2, Section 6.

According to General Order 8.2.60, Social Media, posts to any social media site by employees shall not include statements regarding the guilt or innocence of a suspect or arrestee or express opinions regarding pending investigations or prosecutions. ___________shall monitor social media for such content and immediately notify the posting employee’s division office. Posts containing inappropriate information shall be immediately removed.
