Static charge transfer is the movement of electric charge between objects, typically caused by friction

Voltage is the electric potential difference between two points.

Current is the uniform flow of electrons through a circuit. The unit for current is amps.

A series circuit is a circuit in which components are connected in a single path, so the same current flows through all components.

A parallel circuit is a circuit where components are connected across the same voltage source, but there are multiple paths for current.

Resistance is a property of matter that affects the flow of electricity. Resistance increases as a wire narrows.

An electrical charge created by having more electrons (-) than protons (+).

An electrical charge created by having more protons (+) than electrons (-).
