What is the process for assigning Big Brothers?

• Break-the-Ice events: planned by Membership for pledges to meet potential Bigs
• Preference forms: submitted by every Potential Big and pledge to identify their strongest connections with each other
• Pairing subcommittee: formed within Membership Committee and meets in secret to formally match bigs and littles
• Pairings are based on: on preference forms & best interest of the pledges' success
• Reveal: pairings are revealed at the Big/Little Revelation Ceremony

What are the differences among the four membership options available to Brothers? ACTIVE

Status: Full membership and participation
Dues: $100 each semester
Responsibilities: Service checkpoints, committee points, attendance at business meetings, rush events, and one membership ceremony
Privileges Limited: None

What are the differences among the four membership options available to Brothers? ASSOCIATE

Status: Limited membership and participation (due to other academic,
employment, or local internship commitments)
Dues: $50 each semester
Responsibilities: Half of service points required for Actives at final checkpoint
Privileges Limited: Cannot vote, serve as Big, hold office (except for bylaws)
