Hint:
Calculating the square of a number means times this number by itself. The symbole use to sqaure a number is the digit 2 as a exponent next to that number.
e.g. 72 reads seven square = 7 x 7
Note is is also the unit we use when we are calculating areas. When we calculate area we are looking at how many 1 cm x 1 cm square (1cm2) fit in a shape (or m2 , or km2)
