 I live in Thai Nguyen, a northern midland and mountainous province of Vietnam. The place is well-known for its green tea. It has a peaceful vibe and quite a slow pace of life, which is perfect for those who enjoy a laid-back lifestyle and want to live more mindfully.

Are there any things you don't like about your area?

 One thing I’m not really fond of is the traffic. Most people here rely heavily on private vehicles, especially cars, so traffic jams are quite common during rush hours.

Do you think you will continue to live there for a long time?

Yes, I think I’ll continue living here for a long time. I have a strong attachment to my hometown, and I truly enjoy the rhythm of life here. I feel that I belong here, and living in this place makes me genuinely happy.

 Yes, I do. I live in the countryside and I love the beautiful scenery and the unhurried pace of life. It helps me feel completely relaxed, comfortable, and content.

I’m currently a high school student in my final year. It’s a pretty hectic time because I have a lot on my plate, especially with the national exam coming up. But I’m doing my best to stay on top of my studies and avoid burning the candle at both ends.

What subject are you studying?

I have to study 13 subjects. But I’m focusing on Math, Physics and Chemistry. These subjects are no walk in the park, but I find them incredibly fascinating. I believe they’ll lay a solid foundation for my future career, especially since I dream of becoming an entrepreneur.

Why did you choose that subject?

• I chose Maths because I’ve always had a strong interest in numbers and logical thinking. It trains my mind to solve problems efficiently and think strategically — both of which are crucial for running a business. I see it as a stepping stone to achieving my long-term goal of becoming an entrepreneur.

Is there anything that you don’t like about it?

To be honest, the workload can be overwhelming at times, especially during exam season. Sometimes I feel like I’m running on fumes. But I try to take it one step at a time and remind myself that hard work will pay off in the end.

Yes, I do – for the most part. Of course, there are times when I get swamped with homework and feel totally drained, but overall I enjoy gaining new knowledge. I think I’m a lifelong learner at heart.
