Studying the human body

• There are still a lot that we do not know about the human body and how it works.

• Many different scientist study the human body, to find out some of the things that we do not understand yet.

Name different type of scientist/ doctors/specialist that you know about. Write as many as you can.

Anatomist

• Studies the structure of the body

• Most of the anatomists work in the University.

• They can study living bodies, using X-rays, CAT scans and MRI scan.

• Study the way that the body works.

• There are many different kind of physiologist, examples are Sports physiologist and Neuorscientist.
