What is it?

The Definition of "business" is......

To provide goods like food, clothes, and entertainment for other goods or for money.

Shopping

When we go shopping for things like food and clothes, we go into a place of business and we exchange money for what it is that we need.

The Trade

When we exchange money for goods and services, the people who give us things for money are involved in business.

What is the difference between "Goods" and "Services"?

"Goods" are things that we buy like food and clothes.

"Services" are the use of skills to the benefit of someone else.

Example of Services

A plumber is someone who charges a certain amount of money for services that they provide......like fixing a leaky faucet or installing a new shower.

A person who owns a clothing store is someone who is exchanging goods for money....like shirts, pants, and shoes.
