  • If the Divisor (outside number or number in front of the division sentence) is whole, then you bring decimal straight up into answer.

  • If the Divisor has a decimal, you have to take it out to make it a whole number, BUT...you have to move the decimal on the inside the same amount of places, then bring decimal straight up.
