How to concentrate on studies ?

Lets move forward !

Reduce the time you spend online such as ,

• Instagram

• Telegram

• Gaming

• Facebook

• If you are a studying responsible grade(9,10,11,12,NEET+.............) , reduce the time you spend on television also

Increase the time you spend on studies !

• First go through your respective textbooks

• Then focus on valuable study materials

• Then previous year papers(solve them)

• Then solve as many sample papers you could be able to solve

• Then if you have more time , watch revision videos .

Use your day efficiently !

• Don't waste your time .

• If you waste 1 hour per day , then by within 24 days , you will be wasting 1 day from your your life .

• Schedule your day as per your convenience .

• Don't spend your whole day on studies .

• Spend your time also on playing( outdoor or indoor games , not mobile games )

• Include meditation to your daily schedule (also yoga) .

Make an efficient time table ,

• Wake up , Refresh for 15-30 minutes , Study

• Have breakfast , Study , take a break , Study

• Have your lunch , Study , Take a break , Study , Spend time to play

• Refresh yourself , Study , Have your dinner , Study , Go to bed
