Factors are numbers you multiply to get another number
Example: the Factors for 12 are 1 x 12, 2 x 6, and 3 x 4
Listed in order from least to greatest they are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12

Multiples are the result of multiplying two whole numbers, starting with the number itself.
Example: The multiples of 3 are 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 …
You can find multiples by skip counting with the number you are given.
OR
Use multiplication facts (3x1 = 3, 3x2 = 6, 3x3 = 9)
