We use "Who" when we are talking about people.

Who likes fruits?

Who likes video games?

Who likes PS5?

Who likes Math class?

Who is tired?

The answer to "who" questions are always answered with a person.

Sultan plays golf.

We use "When" when we are talking about time.

We use "when" to talk about time; ALWAYS.

We use the preposition at.

We use "Where" when we are talking about people.

Where do you live?

Where does he play football?

Where do they eat?

Where does she go to school.

Helpful tip: If you can type your answer in google maps, the question starts with "where".

For example:
