BAT

  • A bat can even hear ultrasonic sounds. This is possible because of its very sensitive ears.

  • A bat's ability to use in locating places and food is called ECHOLOCATION.

  • Bats sleep by hanging its body upside down on a tree branch. This because its feet aren't strong enough to support the body while standing, unlike bird.

  • Bats have sharp and strong claws. Those are strong enough to gasp a tree branch where they usually hang.
