when doing a spit make sure that you line/leg is pointing forward and is straight. in the mean time when you are at home you can practice doing your spits

bucking

when you are bucking you are bucking to the beat if you are bucking off beat that can mess up the rhythm an make your whole team look messy

high kick

when you are doing a hugh kick have you keg point staight up and not sideways or down and have your toes pointing

heel scretch

while doing a heel scretch you have you leg high up and have your toes pointing up
