Address (Alamat)

• Full Address (Alamat penuh)

• Must have postcode (mesti ada poskod)

• Postcode must have 5 numbers (mesti ada 5 nombor)

Date (Tarikh)

• Must be in format:

• Day Month Year

• Eg. : 12 October 2020, 1 November 2019

Salutation

• Dear _____ (name of recipient/nama penerima surat)

• Eg. : Dear Audrey

Greeting (alu-aluan/salam)

• Eg. : Hi, how are you?

• Eg. : Assalamualaikum, how are you?

Content 1 and Content 2

• Content will follow the instruction of the question.

• (Isi kandungan ditulis mengikut arahan/kehendak soalan)

Conclusion (Penutup)

• To end the letter (menamatkan surat)

• Usually end with 'Goodbye', 'take care' or 'see you soon'. (Selalunya diakhiri dengan perkataan 'selamat tinggal', 'jaga diri' atau 'jumpa lagi.'

Signature (tandatangan)

• Can be a signature (boleh tandatangan macam artis)

• Or you can simply write down your short name (boleh tulis nama pendek)

• Eg. : if your name is Mysarah, you can just write 'Sarah'. (Dari nama Mysarah, boleh tulis Sarah sahaja."
