Safety is preventing injury or damage to ourselves and others around us.

They help to reduce or minimize the risk of injury or Damage to the student/athlete

Why should we Warm up and cool down?
Warm up helps to lubricate the muscles and joints that we will use to perform the skills and techniques
Warm up is also the important in prevent injury
Cool down is done at the end of each physical activity session and helps our muscles to relax before we end each session.

Keeping Hydrated (Water Break)
Drinking helps us to replace the water that our bodies use up while we are active on the field or court
Lack of hydration can lead to fatigue (tiredness) and injuries.
Always drink water, before, during and After physical activity
