Self-Discipline

Self-discipline is the ability to control yourself and to make yourself work hard without needing anyone else to tell you what to do.

What are some examples of Self-Discipline?

• Doing the right thing when no one is looking

• Practicing sport, game, homework, even when we don’t feel like it.

• Pushing through on a task, even though it feels too difficult.

• Controlling our feelings and reactions, even we feel out of control.
