We use it to talk about actions happening NOW (lo utilizamos para hablar de acciones o situaciones que están sucediendo AHORA)

FORM (FORMA)

Necesitamos AM - IS - ARE + VERBO ING (para la forma afirmativa)

y usamos AM NOT - ISN'T - AREN'T + VERBO ING (para la forma negativa)
