Negating a sentence
In English the NOT goes after the adjective or the descriptive word
In Spanish, the NOT or the "NO" goes right in front of the verb.

Bob es leal.
Bob NO es leal.

Other verbs like says, say, have and has
same deal
Except the word "DOES" does not have a translation.
So, all you do is find the verb and put a no in front.
