Identity Thieves

Identity thieves try to steal your personal information(Name, Date of Birth … etc) and important or valuable things on the Internet. Similar to hackers. Identity Thieves are always incognito, trying to keep themselves like normal people. In the next few slides you will see how to defend yourselves against them.

How to defend yourself from hackers

• When receiving a email from your cousin saying he needs a large amount of money, call him back to make sure.

• If you receive a message informing you your digital bank has been hacked, and they need your FULL passcode in order to recover it, send a mean emoji back. Banks should never ask for your full passcode even if your bank has truly been robbed.

• You need to connect to some kind of WIFI. Only connect to a secure WIFI or your phone's digital WIFI. Public and insecure WIFI are easy targets for hackers.
