Purpose of the Presentation:

To educate the staff about the differences between Accommodations & Modifications while dispelling any misconceptions

The Guessing Game

  • Teachers are divided in groups of 6 (different gr. levels)

  • 2 parts to the game: 1st is learning about IEP's and sharing your answers. 2nd part are scenarios that you figure out in your groups and share

  • In your groups pick 1 teacher to write down the answers. They will stand up and share their answers after every question

  • You have 30s to answer the questions

  • In the 1st part of the game we will go over the answers

  • The winning group will receive a surprise at the end of the activity
