Verb Moods
Imperative (“!”): Something is a command or request; usually has an exclamation mark
Indicative (“.”): Sentence is indicating something; uses a period
Interrogative (“?”): Sentence is interrogating, asking a question; has question mark
Subjunctive (“.”): Sentence expressing a demand , wish, suggestion, or a hypothetical situation; uses a period
Conditional (“.”): Sentence is based on if something happens, then something else will; uses a period
