When we studied the Present Perfect tense, we saw that it refers to the past, but has no definite time.

Because they have no time reference, we can use YET, JUST or ALREADY with present perfect sentences.

I have JUST finished my homework.

IT MEANS : I finished my homework a few minutes / seconds ago.

(just= very short time ago)

They have ALREADY got home.

IT MEANS: They arrived home sooner than they expected./ They were supposed to get home and they did.

(already = something happened before now)

She hasn't cleaned the house YET.

IT MEANS: She should clean the house, and she will do it.

(yet= has not happened but will happen)
