Body Composition
Body Composition is the proportion of lean body mass to body fat
If a person has a higher fat percentage versus the muscle percentage then the body functions in a lower standard.
When a person has a healthy amount of fat to muscle ratio, they are well equipped to take care of themselves and have strong defenses against everyday things.
Aerobic exercise and activities like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, cycling and stretching along with good nutrition will decrease body fat and increase or maintain muscle mass.
3
Cardiovascular Endurance
The muscle we use more than any other in our body is in fact a muscle that never stops, it weighs less than 1 pound, it contracts almost 35 million times a year, and it can be broken but not quit. We are talking about the Heart. You may know that your heart is a muscle. It works hard, pumping blood every day of your life. You can help this important muscle get stronger by doing aerobic exercise; aerobic means "with air." When you breathe, you take in oxygen, and, if you're doing aerobic exercise, you may notice you're breathing faster than normal. Some exercises that will help your heart grow strong and improve your cardiovascular endurance are: Running/Jogging, walking, cycling, swimming, dancing, basketball and soccer . And don't forget that skipping, jumping rope, and playing hopscotch are aerobic activities, too!

Muscular Strength and Muscular Endurance
Muscular strength is the ability of a muscle to exert a maximal force when flexed. It improves your metabolism and muscle tone. The benefits include a reduced risk of injury as well as improved posture, physical performance, and body composition.
Some exercises and activities that build strong muscles include: push-ups, sit-ups, swinging on monkey bars, running, skating, & cycling.
Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle to sustain or repeat contractions before becoming fatigued. The longer a muscle is used, the greater its endurance becomes. Push-ups, sit-ups, and weight training improve muscular endurance, along with long periods of running, walking, and bicycling.

Flexibility
Flexibility is the ability of joints to move through a full range of motion. It can be improved with stretching. Being able to move in as many directions as possible is very beneficial to your body. You will be less prone to injury if your range of movement is greater. Being flexible is having "full range of motion," which means you can move your arms and legs freely without feeling tightness or pain. It's easy to find things to do for good flexibility: tumbling and gymnastics, yoga, dancing, especially ballet, martial arts, & simple stretches, such as touching your toes, straddle stretch, butterfly, and side stretches. Routine stretching is the only way to improve flexibility.
