You will use the notes you took about your animal so make sure you find them or create new ones if you lost them.

Today, you will learn how to write a clear introduction that will make the reader interested in reading your report.
Next, you will write the body of your report which should discuss your animal's appearance and behavior
Last, you will write a strong conclusion that will make your reader want to do more research on your topic!

Your job today:
Today, you will write up your report.
Write your report in paragraph form
Make sure you have:
An introduction paragraph (3-5 sentences)
Two body paragraphs: one about your animal's appearance and one about your animal's behavior (these should be 3-5 sentences each)
A conclusion paragraph (3-5 sentences)
Turn it in by Friday.

This is a report about woodpeckers. You will write your paragraph about the animal you have chosen.

Stay on the meet while you write your informative report. You will need paper and pencil, your appearance and behavior chart and your writing checklist. You can find those in the Writing Google Classroom assignment called:
Appearance and Behavior Chart and Notes- Animal Informative Report
If you didn't do that assignment then you will need to complete that before you can work on today's lesson. Stay in the meet.
