Reflexive and Demonstrative Pronouns
A reflexive pronoun is used when a subject of a sentence does something to itself. Reflexive pronouns end with -self or -selves.
A demonstrative pronoun is used to talk about one or more things that are nearby or far away. The pronouns this, that, these, and those are demonstrative pronouns.

Examples
The dancer injured himself when he fell. (Reflexive Pronoun)
This dancer on stage is injured. Those dancers in the practice room will try out to be his replacement. (Demonstrative Pronouns)
