A book, according to tech-lovers, is merely a compilation of printed sheets of paper. It is bound by a protective cover. On the other hand, e-books are electronic versions of conventional printed books. Many young adults nowadays prefer e-books, in line with their fascination and attachment to their mobile phones and tablets. The lower price is also a factor.

Browsing copies available at most bookstores, but many people are too busy to spend their time there. Moreover, some books are not easy to find, and customers must hunt from one bookstore to another. However, if you own a smartphone, all you have to do is conduct a search on the Internet. If you are lucky, you may even get to purchase the e-book version at a reduced price.

Despite the huge rage over e-books, printed books are still very much important in our lives. They can be handed down from generation to generation. Some books leave a lasting impression on our minds. Some people can sell them at a lower price. First edition copies can be sold at a very high price. Some people hold great sentimental value over their books. They may find it is difficult to read e-books as they do not want to miss the thrill of holding a new book. They love the look, smell and feel of the printed pages. We must never forget that printed books are here to stay. They carry with them a more human touch and are well designed. Nothing beats having physical book in hand.
