It sometimes gets frustrating having to learn all of these vocabulary terms in our classes. Do you ever wonder why we do this?

When we start learning about new ideas, there are usually words that are common to the concepts that we have not seen before, or if we have seen them, they are being used in a different way.

How do we Learn their Meanings?

There are many strategies that can be used to learn the definitions of new terms. We can copy them down on paper which helps visual and hands on learners remember the word for word definition. Some people make flash cards and practice them with a friend. I like to make online games with the words, such as Quizizz so that I can "play" with the words.
