Position of the adjective

In English, the adjective comes before the noun it is describing.

Ex. The blue shirt is my favorite shirt.



In Spanish however, it will go after the noun it describes.

Ex. La camisa azul es mi camisa favorita.

Gender of the Adjective

Notice that when we are describing a noun that is feminine, the adjectives must also be feminine.


How do we do that?

Most of the time, we will simply change the adjective's ending to an -a.

Ex. La camiseta blanca es bonita.

Plurality of Adjectives (Number)

Notice that when we are describing a noun that is plural, the adjectives must also be plural.


How do we do that?
